You are not alone. Multiple posts on another thread reported the same issue before it was closed to more comments. Maybe someone from Realplayer will give us a status update soon.

Tried the fix. Didn't work for me. Videodl.exe version is 2021.06.06.0. Realplay.exe version is 20.0.5.308. Ran the suggested fix twice, after reboot I got the blazing download speed of 0.48mbp...
