This company is very dishonest. I had the paid Real player Plus version ''Lifetime Updates" and they have flipped the script on members who bought the RP Plus version for $39.99 and have me down as free as if im not a plus member. This company is being deceiving because THAT INCOME WASNT COMING IN TO SUPPORT THEIR PRODUCT and so they going after the lifetime members such as myself by charging us again for the recently updated version while messing with our accounts having us as Free MEMBERS.
