3. real player is a fraud !!! DO not waist your hard earned money for a program that they say is for life....... but they don't support anymore!! i want my real player superpass i paid for year ago and was told it was a 1 time fee.

Yeah, it is a scam, and they know it. You get us to pay for lifetime, and then you change to another version just to charge us again!

3. Why am I being ask to upgrade to premium when I have already paid for it?

It is a complete scam, I also paid for the "lifetime" and then bam, now its a new version with new features, and oh, sorry, have to pay again... Nope, it is a scam, especially with loyal customers....
