Thank you; I did as you said but now cannot download VDO's in Edge or IE11 from all sites! Have you another suggestion, please???

REAL DOWNLOADER not opening VDOs in IE11
I am running Windows 10 - 64 bit. Downloader works fine using Edge, but when open with IE all sites give 'unable to download vdo'. This has only just started happening. Have re-installed Real Playe...
