    My computer freezes when I choose a video to watch in Real Player.  I have deleted and redownloaded the program 6 different times.  Each time it freezes I need to do a hard reboot.  Please advise. ...

    I have reinstalled several times and it still freezes my computer and the only resolution is to reboot.  This has never happened before, please help!
