Videos won't download on PC Desktop
Cannot download any videos....Did everything, reboot wifi, computer, reinstalled Realplayer....still nothing. There's now way to contact company????

It's been 3 days since I can download videos, nothing. Reinstalled program, used a different browser, rebooted computer, rebooted modem and wifi.
