Unable to transfer for super video burning
I have tried over and over again to transfer my videos on my supercdvideo burner but I can not transfer so as to burn. A tech at Real Player decided not to help, in fact she wrote to me to tell me me they cannot even fix it even I had the same issue 6 months ago and they did.
in fact she wanted me to cancel my payment so as there was no need to help, after writing to me telling me, there was no help.Does Real Player wish to keep its customers.?
I have used and been with Real Player with no issues for over 5 years and this happened when an reinstalled it since it was canceled without my permission,

You will need to sign into RealPlayer with gerrypointon@hotmail.com to activate your Plus features which includes DVD burning.
