Since I paid the update fee, it will not recognize my cd burner. My library of songs keeps  disappearing and they skip.

  my realtime wont download any videos since the latest update

  Leonard,

  We have a known issue with certain videos where Downloader is not able to detect them to download. This issue started recently and our engineering team is investigating this issue. We will send you an email as soon as we have an update.
