downloading content
I go the email about my stored content being lost in late February. . I have downloaded your software to save my content, and I tried to sign in. However, in using realplayer and realtimes, I have never really had a user name. I tried my email, but it didn't work. I also tried signing in with Google, but when I signed in The screen just disappeared. Can you provide any assistance, either on my user name or Google issues. I would appreciate it. Please email me at mattwetzel@comcast.net. Thank you.
