I am running RealPlayer Plus 16. 

Will I be affected by the February 28, 2017 discontinuation of cloud storage for RealPlayer Free?

  Yes, you will lose your Cloud content and we request you to download them before February 28, 2017. We have been sending a series of emails (beginning Jan. 31) to free customers who would be impacted by this policy change, to give them 30 days notice so they could download important content or take advantage of a special discount on a paid plan that provides more storage space.
