can't download videos to real downlooader, keeps saying unable to download and again its asking me to pay for upgrade that i already paid for

 this is the third time this has happened to me, I have now paid twice for realplayer, and its asking me to pay the upgrade again and once again the real downloader keeps saying unable to download, its getting annoying now
