Requested file not found when attempting to play clip from Library

I have a few audio files in my Real Player Library that will not play when selected.  Instead, I get the error message indicating that the 'Requested file not found' and suggesting the file may be missing or corrupt.  I know neither of those is true because I can play the same clip using other players (such as VLC, Windows Media Player, and Media Player Classic).  The files are in Real Audio format, so there is no good reason why they shouldn't be playable in the Real Player.

NOTE: There are some special characters in the file name.  Could this explain why the Player can't find them even though they are there?
