Real Player DVD Burning -- General error (codec missing)
I'm trying to burn a set of videos to DVD for distribution to my staff. We have the rights to the videos. The files are .mov files. When I try to start the burn I get the following:
The software that's used to decode the media is not available on this system. Installing the correct decoders for the files you are working with may help to correct the problem.
I tried installing Quicktime and that didn't help. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I got this figured out. It won't burn .mov files to a DVD. First step is to convert them to .mp4 and then they'll burn. A two step process...but at least I don't have to use a different app to do the conversion and burn.
