I Cannot Download Stuff on Internet Explorer

I am using the newest version of RealPlayer and trying to download a video onto Internet Explorer 11 but it does not seem to work anymore. I go onto various other sites including YouTube and it appears that it just won't show any video and hence I cannot download them. This has me worried because one such site that I download videos from I cannot register on Chrome or Firefox. I would like some help because I still want to download my favourite videos using your program.

  Please enable the plugin in Internet Explorer to enable downloads.
