movies and pics do not appear and albums. RealPlayer not used for 6 months due to surgery.

did not use RealPlayer for 6 months. V2.2004 When I open takes a while and no icons appear of movies or pics no albubs appeaR had 100's. Did not change anything kept up payments. How do I fix this. Alphonse A. Kronberg. alphonse828@gmail.com. using Chrome using Samsung Android phone for remote
