I have Realplayer 20/20 

My computer is online, I have most resent update & I am signed to RealPlayer 20/20. I do not access to premium features & burn option is missing. I am using windows 10

  What happens when you try to access any of the Plus features? Are you being prompted to purchase?

  Do you see a star (*) before your name on the top right corner of RealPlayer? Please confirm.
