program wont burn disc, kicks out disc when ready to burn saying to install disc

  When you install RealPlayer, it automatically uninstalls the previous version and installs the new version. That said, if you get a message saying "install disc", this message is not coming from RealPlayer's installation steps. Windows is sending this message. In anycase, please install the latest version from www.real.com and see if you get the message again.
