Offered 50% discount to upgrade, but payment hung

I decided that I would upgrade my old version that had some working premium features, and the system offered me a 50% discount. The upgrade process hung in the payment process and so I killed it.

When I restarted, as the system had already downloaded the new version I was not offered the discount, only the 20% that I think everyone with an account is offered.

Could I please have a go at upgrading with the 50% discount?
