Login Failure

I can't login to existing accounts lodzak@gmail.com and lloyd@rapstan.co.zw even after deleting the Facebook and Google login links. I need to be able to login to the accounts directly

  Both accounts have been created by using Facebook and Google. We are making changes to the login process. 

  Since both are free accounts, the simplest solution would be to delete these 2 accounts and have you re-create your accounts with RealPlayer. 

  Please note: Deleting these free accounts won't impact any of your files. So please let us know.
