A General Error has occurred message appears when trying to play a audio file
I have been trying to play an audio file it is an older RealAudio file. Every now and then when I play a file like this it will happen every single time. I will get a message like this
A General Error has occurred. Every time I click on Details or whatever it says it will say Unable to contact Technical Support for further information. That’s why I’m reaching out to you guys because I have no way of contacting Technical Support unless I post this in the community section. This is the file or an example of one of the files that will give me this error and will not play
rtsp://mprrm.publicradio.org/5559/phc/2004/03/20_phc.rm Why am I experiencing problems like this and what can I do to fix this problem and to prevent it from happening again in the future? I really need your help!

The reason you are getting this error is because the website that hosts this particular file has either removed it from their website or something is not right with the file. You will need to contact the web administrator of that website to see if they took down the file.
