Duplicate video finder
'Duplicate Video Finder' never completes. It crashes every time at different stages in the process, but most often at the end of the original search and before the results are displayed. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but the same thing happens.
Any suggestions?

If one or more videos in your library are corrupted, you may run into this problem. Unfortunately, there is no way to know which video(s) may be causing this problem.
One solution would be to convert all of your videos to MP4 using RealConverter and deleting the original files. Once this is done, run the duplicate finder. This will ensure that all your videos are compatible with RealPlayer.
