The realplayer downloader express doesn't work, Bug?

The RealPlayer downloader Express doesn't work several days ago in Win11. Maybe it has some bugs. Please fix it. I check the browsers, Chrome, Brave etc. 

 

It runs and displays the window, but I click the link icon, but it doesn't open in front of the tool. It displays the behind and clicks it, It shows the error message, but it doesn't have a response.

  I would say, several bugs.

  Hours later quits working.

  Stopped working for YouTube suddenly yesterday
