Refund Requested, Cancel charges

I have been trying to get Real Player Plus to work for hours and it will not play DVDs.  It only shows a small corner of video in the player.

I need this for a class on Wednesday and need to get something that works.

Please refund $39 I just spent for Plus Account.

  I have processed the refund. Depending on your financial institution, please allow a few days for the refund to post. This will appear on your next credit card statement issued following this processing period.
