I can't share videos to I Cloud

When I try share a video to Icloud, the screem shows that I don't have space in my account, but I can't get a upgrad in my account. After much time, the screem shows an error 404.
What can I do?

  I see that you have purchased RealPlayer Plus. With this purchase you get only 1GB of Cloud space. It appears that you already have a few files in the Cloud and have only 0.2GB left.Therefore, if you need to share, you will need to remove some of the files in your Cloud storage.
