No longer able to play webm files?

 Hi

I have the Premium RealPlayer Plus version but can no longer play any webm files? The audio plays fine but the picture is now all lines and fuzzy.

If you download a video off Youtube that is webm it always used to play fine in Real Player. e.g. Glen Campbell Try A Little kindness live:-

but now it no longer works!!!

I have uninstalled and re-installed RealPlayer and have the latest version 18.1.1.204.

  We have a known issue regarding this. Our engineering team is working on resolving this. As soon as the issue is resolved, I will email you.

  I have the same problem, version 18.1.11.204.
