ERROR PARSING AC3 AUDIO STREAM

Recently updated to the newest version of Realplayer and now I cannot burn my MP4 videos to DVDs. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled Reaplayer and fully updated it, but it still stops in the middle of burning after about 2 minutes and comes up with the "end of file: error parsing ac3 audio stream" message. Any help would be welcome.
