I WOULD LIKE A TEXT TO SEE WHY MY REALPLAYER STOP PLAYING DVD. I CAN ONLY HEAR THE VIDEO . NOW I CAN DOWNLOAD, I CAN RECORD I CAN DO EVERYTHING EXCEPT SEE THE VIDEO. NOW WHEN I UN STALLED THE UPDATE  I CAN PLAY VIDEOS . I KNOW THEIR NOTHING WRONG WITH MY DVD I HAD IT CHECKED . I ALSO INSTALLED VLC CAN PLAY VIDEO IN DVD. I'm attached to my Real Player /Real Time .I had it for a long time please try again. i try to down load real payer/real time via of google but unable because microsoft takes over and my realplayer is a gmail account not microsoft. Nor do I download their antivirus I have my own antivirus . I have a hard time finding the download of google with realplayer.I'm central time retired nurse my husband and I are home daily.I have try everything the one thing that's true is removing window 10 update 1803 my DvD works.. Again MY DATA TOOL IS WRONG IT COMES AND GO .
