Unable to burn cd

Hello... I have been trying to burn a cd, keep get error 1014. I followed the directions on trouble shooting settings. Still didn't fix the problem. Please help

  Which version of Windows is installed on your computer? Can you please let us know the format of the files you are trying to burn?
