realplayer wont play , just freezes

have done clean uninstall. realplayer still  freezes  when click on icon pics  videos !!  argggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, 

help . !!!! running windows10 just all got screwed up on windows 10 update  a few months ago . please don't tell me to clean uninstall !!!!!! doesn't work !!!

  what good does all this crap do none of it works,just uninstall it all and give me back my money,or I will report you ,Bonnie Hill
