WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT IN INDUSTRY!

For months now my playback quality of downloaded videos has been terrible, regardless of the site recorded from.  Also, the "sharpness" setting in tools has zero effect so I am sure the problem lies in the downloader, and whether set to convert to realHD or not makes no difference.  I have reinstalled RealPlayer twice, yet every time I go to the help page, there is a bold, red warning telling me to install an updated version BUT NO LINK WITH WHICH TO DO SO!  Reinstalling from the usual web address results in the same notification that I need to install the update, "to fix playback problems" they fail to specify.

I have been a member since 2006 and paid for Plus in 2013, yet I have zero way to contact Real for help.  I am unaware of a single program seller that treats paying customers as poorly as Real, and they don't even have a way for me to get a refund for the worst quality video downloader on the Net.
