Download
The Realplayer downloader has stopped working on my PC again. The tab is there at the top of the screen but it doesn't light up yellow and can't find the video I want to download.
Please Help??

If you are not seeing the Yellow/Orange button show up, it is most likely your Firewall which is blocking the Downloader. Can you please let us know what firewall software is installed?
