How can I check my cloud storage status on my PC?

  There are 2 ways you can check your Cloud storage status.

  RealPlayer in your PC

  1. Open RealPlayer (Make sure you are signed in)

  2. Click your name on the top right corner of RealPlayer and click Account Settings

  Opening Account Settings from a web browser

  1. Click https://realtimes.real.com/account#login

  2. Sign into your account

  3. Click your name on the top right corner of RealPlayer and click Account Settings
