AntiVirus giving warnings about dbclean.exe and other malware after June 18, 2019 update installation

As the title says, my anti-virus started spewing warnings about malware and about a program in particular called dbclean.exe after installing RealOne update of 18 June 2019. Has anyone else had this problem or is it a false alarm? Should I be worried? Thank you all in advance for your help.
