RealTimes Not Creating New Stories

RealTimes App is not creating any new stories from photos from my iPhone Photos Gallery. I'm using an iPhone 7 Plus. Both the phone's privacy and RealTimes App are set to allow access to the gallery. I can download any story from my RealTimes App to the gallery. I am a current RealTimes Premium subscriber and have over 25GB storage available to create new stories. Can you please help?

  Are you seeing any error messages when creating stories? Have you tried reinstalling the app?

  We are not aware of any issues with creating stories.
