RealDownloader Cannot find videos

I keep getting "No videos at that web address". Followed trouble shooting steps - didn't help. Downloaded and reinstalled latest version of RealPlayer and rebooted my PC - still doesn't work. RealDownloader cannot even find the videos on the pages that I downloaded from a few days ago. Firefox, Chrome, Edge. I have version 18.1.18.202

  Same here keeps happening after an update is releasd
