My video sound skips and stutters when shared via link

I make my 3 to 5 minute mp4 videos online or in windows 10 then save them to RealCloud and they play fine. If I download the video and share it to Facebook messenger it works fine. Problem is when I share the link. Video looks great but the music skips & stutters. I learned to test them before sharing. My android uses Google chrome, skips there. Open the video with the RealPlayer app. Same thing. As a matter of fact all my videos skip using your app. The main reason I pay premium price.
