Similar to "Missing album art," but has to do with video

I have used RealPlayer for many years and have collected quite a few items in my library.  The two most recent downloads (Dec. 2019 and today) are of the same video - "Bethany Barefoot - Business Starts at IUP."

Unlike the other videos, I've noticed that there is no thumbnail picture of that video in the library.  Stranger still, when I followed the "Download This Video" prompt for the second download, a thumbnail did display.

After investigating, I found that the address of the Bethany Barefoot videos is different from the others:

*Bethany Barefoot: C:\Users\desmo\Videos\RealTimes\RealDownloader\Bethany Barefoot Business Starts at IUP.mp4

*All others: Either C:\Users\desmo\Videos\(Name of video) or C:\Users\desmo\Documents\(Name of video)

I wonder if this change has anything to do with why the thumbnail is missing.

In the meantime, I will revisit the missing album art page and see what I can do with it.  I may use Snipping Tool or something like that.

Just a little detail that's bothering me.  I can play the video just fine.

  This issue has indeed been solved, and it happened just as I thought.  I put the download in my Documents folder.  When the download happened, now I can see the thumbnail!:)
