real player downloader not working in Chrome
have tried restarting the downloader. still doesnt work. have tried updating real player. get error message which doesnt allow the update to take effect. have tried the 'test' video. this doesnt work either. have run out of options.

Can you please provide us with the following information:
1. Open a Windows Folder.
2. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Real\RealPlayer.
3. Look for a file named videodl.exe.
4. Right click on this file and click Properties --> Details tab
5. Please let me know what the file version reads as? -

I just aquiered the premium programme and whehe qownload this page appeares, I cant dowon load the page
