Real player will not play videos from the cloud.

My problem started after the first of the year, 2020. Before that everything worked well. If I download videos from the cloud back to my drive they will Play but not from the cloud. Which makes it seem redundant to have cloud storage anymore. I think there's something wrong with the cloud server.
