No longer have real player!

My Real Player wasn't working right with the stories made for me, so I deleted the program.  But when I tried to download Real Player again, it said something about overriding a previous one.  It only goes so far and then gets stuck at 50% download and won't move on from there.  So I no longer have Real Player.  Help!!!
