making my downloads available to other devices

I start by saying I've been a paying customer for 10 years.  I love the ability to download!!!  I don't use it often, but when I do, I say "Thank You REAL" a million times.

I move the downloads to other media, these days a thumb drive.   I recall clicking somewhere to make all downloads in the REAL format.  I'd like to unclick that.  When I try to move the download to another device (thumb drive) it does not recognize REAL and will not accept material in the REAL format.

Please teach me how to get downloads OUT OF the Real Format.   Hurry Please.

  You can uncheck the boxes as shown in the below screenshot. This will not convert the files to RealMedia HD.

  

  None of your videos going forward will be in Real format.
