I upgraded to premium on my account with the intention of paying monthly subscriptions, but was conned into paying an annual fee, Furthermore I have found it impossible to cancel the service in the normal way. The service in question has been active for less than one day, and I do not want to proceed with the plan.

  We see that you have already cancelled your plan. We have refunded your charge of $59.99. Please give it a day or 2 for the refund to appear back into your account.
