Upgrading to Premium

I am trying to up grade to premium plus but when I try to sign in, it says that Real networks already exists - Log using Facebook. When I try to log in with FaceBook, I get the same message that tells me to login using RealPlayer. I cant cog in to upgrade to PremiumPlus

  We don't see a paid account under this email address. There is a free account under this email address. Do you have an alternate email address which may be associated with your purchase?
