Garbled Music File

I have over 70,000 Mp3 music files and all play well EXCEPT ONE !!  It plays garbled on Windows 10 using Reaplayer version 18.1.19.201.  It plays well on an old laptop with Windows XP with Realplayer SP version 1.1.5   Is it a codec problem, and how can I fix it.

  Are you playing the same song (file) on 2 different computers or are you having one copy of it in each computer? If the latter, try copying the file from your XP to your Windows 10 and try playing it.

  Alternately, would you be able to send us this file so we could test it on our end?
