No subtitle

For the past two weeks, I haven't been able to save subtitle files from YouTube, whether using Google or Firefox. I've clicked and re-clicked the download box, but no SRT file appears after the video is saved.

  I haven't been able to get subtitles, for several weeks now.  I have the latest version (no updates available) 24 Plus.
