    It's been a month and still nothing, the ability to show videos stored on Real Times via the Roku unit, was and still remains the main reason for having both a Real Times subscription and purchasing the Roku system. The other ideas about using a web browser or app to do this just don't make sense to a person with relatively little computer savvy, and the no-reply emails and lack of any support contact for folks living outside of the US is absolutely frustrating!
