一応サポートページは見ておりますが解決しません

問題の動画はyoutubeの

「しみけん＆琥珀うた【セックスお悩み相談室】初めてのセックスの時」

という動画で

になります、私の環境というより投稿されたファイルの種類か何かが原因でDLできないのではないでしょうか？確認して欲しいのですがリンク先がDL出来るという人はいますか？

サポートページには

「テストダウンロードがうまくいけば、Internet Explorer または RealPlayer ブラウザを使用して目的の動画をダウンロードできます。」

とありますがよくわかりません、テストダウンロードをすると何か変化が起きるのでしょうか？IEやRealplayerのブラウザにすればDL出来る？
