slow download for over a week

I'm using the paid Downloader Express, but the download speed is very slow for over a week, averaging 0.4Mbps.
Looking at the posts in this community, I found that the same symptoms occur regardless of whether the version is free or paid.
I hope the problem will be identified and resolved promptly.

  We have identified the slow download speeds. Our engineering team is looking into it. Unfortunately, we don't have a workaround at this time. We have added your email address to the list of affected users and we will email you as soon as the issue is identified & resolved.
