The download speed has become very slow

The download speed has become very slow for about a week. There is no problem with other tools, so it is considered to be a problem on the real player side. Please deal with it. The version of the downloader you are using is 20.0.5.308.

  We have identified the slow download speeds. Our engineering team is looking into it. Unfortunately, we don't have a workaround at this time. We have added your email address to the list of affected users and we will email you as soon as the issue is identified & resolved.

  I am also having the same problem. Please restore the unlimited download speed.

  日本語で失礼します。私も1週間前から、同じ症状で悩まされています。

  しかし、昨日一度だけ、正常な速度が出てダウンロードが出来たのです。

  なぜ、一度だけそういうことが起きたのか？

  それが気になります。何かのはずみで、正常な動作が実現されるのです。変ですよね。
