Upgraded RealPlayer to Professional to Play DVDs but FAILS!!

Receive "The DVD cannot be played.  Analog copy protection distribution failed." Please correct this error or refund my purchase!   NOTE:  Did check my DVD Drive-> Properties-> Region is set to USA "1" which is same as the DVD trying to play.
